Refund policy

Damaged or Incorrect 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damage please include order number, photos and details  of the damaged item and email to: hello@UnleadedBevs.com*

**We may contact the carrier for replacement or refund. If you received the wrong item we will exchange it  or issue you a refund using the same method of payment as your initial purchase. If the product has been opened we will not issue a refund or exchange. We will not issue a refund after 14 days from order delivery

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Missing Orders

If there is a problem with receiving your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can reach out to the carrier

 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please let us know right away. If the order has not been processed we can cancel and refund your payment. If it has already shipped we have no way to stop the shipment.

Returns/Exchanges
Our items are considered  perishable goods and cannot be exchanged or returned due to health and safety concerns. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@UnleadedBevs.com. Please request a tracking number from your carrier when returning the order.
